Cannonball Run 11
The Cannonball Run 11 was run on January 8th, starting from Albany, travelling North to Kaikohe, and finishing 550km later in Silverdale. No.8 was an event sponsor and also entered at team. This year we chose to take a different approach - we got our shop hack, a 1990 Toyota Corolla wagon, trashed it as best we could, slapped on singlets, mullets, moustaches and stubbies, and hit the road as the No.8 Bogans, hoping for the Biggest Shitter Award.We were robbed of that award but did walk away with the BIggest Hair Award and 7th overall, from around 180 teams entered, so we were pretty happy.
