Please take the time to review our basic terms that govern the purchase of items and your use of the Site. Use of the Site constitutes your agreement to follow and accept these terms (the “agreement”).

All prices that appear on this Site are in New Zealand dollars.

No.8 Industries Limited will not disclose your personal data to third parties without your consent, unless required by law or as provided below.By completing an order, you consent to us providing your address to our delivery couriers, to enable accurate and timely delivery of your order.
Delivery Policy
No.8 Industries Limited can deliver to your home or work, but not to any P O Box addresses.New Zealand Delivery
Expect your package in 2-3 working days.Overseas Delivery
Please contact us directly to enquire about your purchase requirements for offshore delivery.The delivery times are suggestions only. No.8 Industries does not guarantee delivery within a set time frame. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer. If the item is delayed or does not reach you within the period suggested above, please advise us and we will track the status of your order.
Returns Policy
If the goods you purchase are faulty, No.8 Industries will replace them for you under the terms of the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. The Act states that “these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act and in the case of conflict the provisions of that Act will apply. Where the buyer is a business (as “business” is defined by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993) it agrees that it is acquiring all goods from the company for the purposes of that business and that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 does not apply.”The goods should be returned to us within 7 days with proof of purchase. Simply contact us for approval.
